One of our activities was making 2-d shapes out of different classroom objects. We named as many shapes as we could and then thought about which objects we could use to make those shapes. We made circles, triangles, squares and rectangles out of lots of different things in our classroom. This activity really made us think about shape and also encouraged us to use our communication skills as we worked with our friends to make the shapes!
