This is the first animal we saw on our trip - he was so laid back!!
We had great fun in the straw barn - we climbed and swung on rope swings.
Then we played in one of the indoor adventure playgrounds.
We then sat in the ark-arena and watched an animal show where they brought in lots of animals for us to meet and told us interesting facts e.g. did you know a goat only has teeth at the bottom of its mouth and none at the top?
Then it was time for a much deserved rest and a picnic in the lovely sunshine!
After lunch we walked up to see the wild animal section - it was wonderful to see rhinos, zebras, a giraffe called Gerald, lions, tigers, tapirs, buffaloes, camels to name a few...
Then we headed back to the ark-arena to feed the lambs. They were very quick and we didn't have a very long go each - Mrs Abel had to be very fast with her photo taking!!
After a very busy and fun day we deserved an ice lolly - they were delicious, then it was a quick go on one of the adventure playgrounds outside and back on the bus home to Wales. It was a fantastic trip and we all want to go back again soon.
