This week we have been learning all about 'minibeasts'. We watched a powerpoint about them on Monday and found out lots of interesting facts such as they don't have a spine (backbone) and where they live is called their 'habitat'. We also found out that we need to handle them gently and put them back where we found them. In pairs we walked around the school with a 'minibeast spotters guide' and looked under, over and behind all sorts of logs, stones, bushes and leaves to see what we could find and when we found something we ticked it off on our sheet!
