It has been lovely to see all the children in Reception so happy and content this week. They have really enjoyed seeing all their friends again after the Christmas break and sharing their exciting news with us! They drew pictures of their favourite toy from Santa and wrote about it too! Here are some photos of them playing with their friends and with Mr Rees (who came to teach Mrs Carter's class because Mrs Carter was poorly).
As we told you before Christmas our new topic for this term is 'Toys' and traditional stories. For the next few weeks the children will be involved with activities to do with 'Goldilocks and the three bears'. This week we have been busy setting up a new role play area - the three bears cottage! Below are the children making teddy faces to be put in the new role play area.
