When we found them, we ate them - they were scrummy!

Our egg rolling competition

Here are our winners - their eggs rolled the furthest!

They had a delicious Easter egg off Mr Roberts for winning.

We paraded around the Junior yard to show

everyone our beautiful bonnets.

Here are some of the winners - WELL DONE!

They also had a yummy Easter egg off MrRoberts
in our assembly this afternoon

Mrs Abel's class were so cold after the parade they

cuddled together like bunnies in a burrow

Here are Mrs Utting's class back in the warm. Aren't our bonnets lovely?

Easter celebrations

This week we learned about the Easter festival, we watched the Easter story on a Powerpoint and found out how Christians celebrate their important festival.

We have celebrated Easter in special ways today. Here's what we did!

All of Reception in the hall waiting for our Easter bonnet parade

Look at the wonderful bonnets in Mrs Abel's class!
From the front and from behind!
Well done everyone!

Creative Development - Easter Nests

We enjoyed lots of Easter activities in Reception this week. We made Easter nests by mixing melted chocolate with shredded wheat.

We chose 3 chocolate eggs to go in each nest. Yum yum!!
