Language, Literacy & Communication - writing animals facts

We re-read 'We all went on Safari' and discovered lots of interesting facts about African animals! We chose our favourite animal, drew a picture and wrote a fact underneath. Some of us did our own 'magic writing', some of us told Mrs Abel what we wanted to write and then copied the words, some of us wrote over the top of the writing and some of us used our 'Jolly Phonic' knowledge and tried hard to sound out the words we wanted to write and wrote them down all on our own!!!
