More images from the first few weeks

We have loved our new role play areas especially the ice cream parlour where we are learning to make delicious ice creams and smoothies and serving all our customers, making sure they get their change!

Our scrumptious topic even gets into our numeracy work! Here we are using fruits to help us with our adding and taking away!

Savannah brought her dog Cocoa into school to show us how she loves scrumptious treats too!

Mrs Jones PE sessions

Mrs Jones did a 'dough disco' with us! We all had a piece of playdough to hold and then danced and moved whilst moulding, flattening, rolling, stretching, shaping our playdough! We loved our dough disco!

Then we pretended to be sea creatures from the story 'Sharing a shell'. We listened to a piece of music and learned the bits that were relevant to each sea creature and then had to move around the room like them!

Fun in the sun!

We made the most of the beautiful weather and created a beach area up by the pond! We had so much fun on the water slide!

We walked the plank and jumped into the sea!

We chilled in the tent!

Got very very wet!

We even found a millipede whilst we were looking at a fact book about minibeasts!

It was such a fun afternoon! Hopefully we will get to do it all again if the sun comes back!
